Taking me to court for refusing to pay for a phone I didn’t receive, been called a liar and a thief. Shocking company. After speaking to a manager, I was told it is nothing to do with them but I still have to pay for the entire 2 year line rental without getting a phone. Makes me sick.

I have been with O2 for nearly a year and the signal generally good, customer services are absolutely appalling. Over the last few months the fees have been steadily rising, so much so I decided to leave. Getting assistance online or by phone is practically impossible. I made a complaint to head office sending copies of online chat, this person eventually admitted she had not read the whole chat, SO WHAT IS THE POINT, even Head Office useless. I have made another complaint about this person too, but basically my phone is half price, can't say the signal is as good, but at half price costs, can cope.

I received a call from Harry M, said he was a week new at the company and clearly knew his stuff. I upgraded my phone and am very happy with the deal.

Still sending me bill reminders after i migrated my number to BT A truly half baked company

Can send texts but the responses are being received on my old phone, or won't send at all.Called O2, who put me on hold. After longer than is reasonable, I hung up.They called back and I answered and they immediately hung up.

Not very helpful when it comes to giving accurate information. Also noticed various o2 orders were being put through under different names using account information that O2 are "not supposed to share".

This network is an absolute joke , only came to them as the were offering a handset I wanted.asked them to check the signal in my area before hand and was told all was excellent , big lie !! .Cannot get a signal in my home unless connected to my wi-fi or get around half a mile away from my home address, calls constantly dropping , people constantly reaching my answer phone instead of me !! , they blamed the phone , the SIM card my house the clouds in the sky the moon wasn't in line with the earth everything apart from there network have been paying for a 5g SIM and in 8 MTHS have never ever had a 5g signal there whole set up is not fit for purpose and are disgraceful.Paying off contract early and going back to EE .DO NOT USE THEM YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!

Overall Average, their contracts are sometimes a little expensive for what you get, live chat experts half the time can’t answer your question which slows things down, Connectivity is average not the fastest speeds slow at times. Just a very basic and average experience overall. Not sure if I’d recommend O2.

I have been with O 2 as customer for over 10 years 3 days ago they changed my tariff without my knowledge they said they had sent txt messages to alert me of that and I’ve gone back through my txt and guess what no txt because of this I can no longer use my phone even though I pay them £49 x 2 every month I run a business off this phone and have lost hundreds of pounds worth of business there response Is you can upgrade in 2-24 hrs that was 2 days ago and still no ability to upgrade obviously customer loyalty counts for NOTHING

Not for the first time I’ve encountered problems with O2’s (lack of) customer service. My contract recently expired so I switched to a sim only plan. Two months later, I’m still being charged for both. Trying to speak to someone is practically impossible: I’ve been hung up on when being told I’m being transferred to someone who could help; I’ve been promised call backs that never materialise; palmed off, fobbed off and had to listen to endless streams of scripted and totally unhelpful rubbish spouted by CS reps who quite frankly couldn’t give a flying fu..There’s a reason 70% of the reviews on here are 1 star - take heed and take your business elsewhere, they’re an utter sham and disgrace.

One star as I’m not sure zero works. Customer service has proved horrific, in my case I’m now in an area where the reception is so poor that I can’t even receive text messages. I have offered to pay the hardware cost of the remainder of my contract so O2 don’t lose out and they simply cancel the last six months - seems fair? No O2 will not entertain the idea, and now today’s issue - I received a message saying O2 have turned off 4g calling and over the course of the day I’ve got precisely nowhere with them. I’ll be going back to EE as quickly as possible and would suggest caution with anyone having to deal with anything other than a very straightforward issue.
